Norfolk's East Coast

The east coast of Norfolk has four excellent blue flagged beaches these are Cromer, Mundesley, Sheringham and Sea Palling and many other great beaches.

Cromer Beach

Cromer beach is famous for its sandy beach with rock pools making it popular with visitors looking for Cromer crabs. The beach offers holiday visitors plenty of space even during busy summer days and weekends.

Mundesley Beach

Mundesley beach is a pretty sandy beach that is popular with families as it offers plenty of space, lovely tranquil sea that is safe to swim in. The promenade has a picturesque long row of bright multi-coloured beach huts.

Sea Palling Beach

Sea Palling beach offers wonderful sandy beach with good swimming and lifeguards on duty every day through the summer. The beach and area around it is a spectacular example of untouched natural beauty.

Sheringham Beach

Sheringham beach is mostly rocks during high tide but when the tide goes out a beautiful golden sandy beach appears.
