Molly's Den Self Catering Accommodation For Two offers a open plan kitchen, living and dining area with solid oak floor. Flat screen television and DVD player, CD player and radio, many DVDs and books.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave and many other essentials. The lounge has a brand new with comfy leather sofa and cushions.

Upstairs the bedroom has views towards Roydon Common, two locally made wrought iron beds pushed together and made up with white Egyptian Cotton bed linen and throws.

Guests have the added bonus of a great 'welcome pack' with fresh bread, eggs, milk, butter, biscuits, toilet rolls and soaps, we leave tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid and a cloth, all meaning that when guests arrive there isn't a mad panic to get straight to the shop!

We leave lots of local information, have plenty of parking spaces and lock up available for bikes. We always give a warm welcome and are usually around to answer questions or make suggestions if needed.

Local Area Description

Roydon is a Norfolk Village some 5 miles from Kings Lynn, one mile from the Sandringham Estate, a 5 minute drive from Castle Rising Castle, and the Arts Centre at Castle Rising,15 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast, close to Houghton Hall.

Roydon has two village pubs, one serving meals every day, one purely for drinkers! There is another pub in the next village of Congham, all are within walking distance. Congham Hall Hotel is a 10 minute walk.

Roydon Common Nature Reserve run by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust is just across the lane, this is a popular area for Birdwatching, hiking, running and cycling.
